The First HCCB Blog

When this company was taking roots we were brainstorming ideas on what we wanted for HCCB and an idea came to mind. This idea was not one that many in the agricultural community are willing to take on. We decided that, along with providing our customers with wonderfully flavored local beef, we wanted to provide people with knowledge of how the beef gets from the pastures of Slater, CO to their plate. To further this, we also realize that many people are not very comfortable cooking certain cuts of beef or are at a loss for making something new (roasts and burger). It is our goal to help solve these issues for you by sharing recipes that we love to use in our own home! We hope you enjoy these posts and that you learn something from the stories that we tell.
